Two modes that fit a restaurant floor

Bingo is the headliner. Trivia carries Saturday.

🎱

Bingo

Lead

Every player gets a unique 5Γ—5 card on their phone. Four win patterns (line, four corners, full card, X). Pre-mark feature lets the kids tap ahead. Trivia-bingo variant turns each call into a question. Answer it right, mark the cell.

🧠

Trivia (kid-friendly mode)

Filter the question pool to family-safe categories. Movies, music, animals, geography, food. Mixed-age teams beat the room when the 9-year-old knows the PokΓ©mon and grandma knows the 70s music.

A week of programming

Wed 🎱
Family Bingo Night

5pm to 8pm. Three rounds, four win patterns each. Winners get a $20 gift card. Booths fill, kids stay quiet, parents order another round of drinks.

Sat 🧠
Themed Family Trivia

Disney movies. Pixar. 90s cartoons. Pick a theme each week, build the round around it. Mixed-age teams crush this format.

A typical Wednesday Bingo Night

  1. 1
4:45pm β€” open the session, print one QR card.

Stick the QR on every menu, or hand it out with the kids' crayons. Players scan, type a name, get a unique card.

  2. 2
    5:15pm β€” start round 1.

Pick the win pattern (line for round 1 keeps things fast). Tap to call. The number flashes on the displays, players mark on phones, the FREE center is already done for them.

  3. 3
    5:35pm β€” first BINGO! claim.

Winner's card pops up on your screen with the called numbers highlighted. Validate it in two taps. Top 3 claimers win.

  4. 4
    6:30pm β€” switch to four-corners pattern.

Different rule, different round, same cards regenerated. Everyone's still on their phone, you're not handing out paper.

  5. 5
    7:30pm β€” full-card grand prize round.

Last round's the long one. Bigger prize. By the time someone yells BINGO, the room's eaten dinner and ordered dessert.

Why bingo lands in a restaurant

Bingo's the rare game that works for an 8-year-old and a 78-year-old at the same table. Low cognitive load, social, low-stakes. Nobody's getting embarrassed. The pace lets people order, eat, look up at the screen, mark a number, get back to dinner.

And nothing leaves the table. No paper cards to keep track of, no daubers to lose, no kids drawing on the booth. It's all on a phone. The host runs it from the kitchen pass if they have to.

For Saturday, family trivia covers the same crowd in a slightly higher-stakes format. Same login, same display, different game. Two nights of mid-week filler from one tool.

Starter ($19/mo) covers a typical restaurant rotation

12 games a month, 50 players, Bingo and Trivia both included. That's enough for weekly Bingo plus a Saturday Trivia run with room to spare. If you're packing 100+ on a holiday, Pro ($39) lifts the cap to 150.
