Brainflood is live. The platform is built, the question library is stocked, and a couple of local venues have already run real nights on it. Now we want a small group of real hosts to push it hard before we open the doors wide. So we are starting a hand-picked beta program.

What Brainflood is
A complete platform for running live trivia and entertainment nights: eight game modes (Classic, Brainpardy, Lightning, Bluff, Bingo, Karaoke, Sports Pick'em, and Tournaments), an Auto Host that can run the whole night for you, the Event Builder that turns a plain-text brief into a full run-of-show, live scoring on every player's phone, a projector display for the room, and a question library of more than 12,000 questions.
What beta testers get
- 30 days of the Business tier, free. That is our top plan: unlimited games, players, and teams, Auto Host sessions, the Event Builder, tournaments, karaoke tools, and full custom branding.
- Access to the private Beta Feedback board and a direct line to the team.
- A real say in what gets built next. We are a small team shipping fast, and beta feedback goes straight onto the roadmap.
How to apply
- Create a free account at app.brainflood.com/register.
- Reply in the pinned Beta Tester Program thread on our community forum with a few sentences about how you would use Brainflood: where you would host (bar, brewery, office, stream, living room), how often, and roughly how many players you expect.
What we ask of beta testers
- Run at least two real sessions during your 30 days.
- Report anything broken in the Bug Reports board.
- Share honest feedback in the Beta Feedback board. You get access when accepted.
What happens after the 30 days
Nothing sneaky. There is no card on file, so there is nothing to auto-charge. Your account simply moves back to the free tier and everything you built stays yours. If Brainflood earned a place in your weekly routine, you can pick whichever paid plan fits.
How selection works
Beta testers are picked by hand by the Platform Admin on a rolling basis while spots last. We are starting with 20. If you are not picked right away, your reply stays in the thread and remains in the running as more spots open up.
